Mitch’s Marine is proudly owned and run by Mitch - a qualified marine mechanic with over 7 years of professional hands-on experience across leading dealerships and workshops. As the owner and founder, Mitch completes every job himself - giving customers the benefit of direct communication, honest advice and quality workmanship every time. Mitch's career has taken him from busy city dealerships to harbour-based marine shops and workshop management, giving him the knowledge and versatility to handle everything from routine servicing to complex rebuilds. 

A Proven Career in Marine Mechanics

Mitch began his career with an apprenticeship at a Brisbane Mercury dealership, where he trained for four years on everything from tinnies to large Sea Rays. He went on to work at a harbour-based marine shop servicing 30–40ft vessels and multi-rigged outboards, before returning to Brisbane as a rigger, specialising in new-boat fit-ups and repowers. Later, he advanced to workshop manager, overseeing a wide range of jobs and engine brands.

Across these roles, Mitch became known not only for his technical ability and quality workmanship, but also for his attention to detail and approach to customers - tailoring boats to individual needs, water-testing and personally handing over every vessel with care.
